My pet is nervous or reactive - can we still do a session?
Absolutely. I work with anxious, reactive, and rescue animals regularly. Sessions are always led by your pet's comfort level, and we take as many breaks as needed. A home session is often ideal for nervous pets.
Do you photograph cats?
Absolutely. Cats, dogs, rabbits, and other pets are all welcome. I love working with cats and understand that they have their own pace and personality. Sessions are always led by your pet, never rushed.
Can you come to my home for the session?
Yes, home sessions are available and often the best option for cats and smaller pets who feel most comfortable in their own space. Your home has wonderful natural light and familiar surroundings that bring out their real personality.
Where do sessions take place?
Your home, a favourite park, the beach, city streets, or studio - wherever your pet feels most at ease. We'll discuss the perfect location during our initial chat.
What if my pet won't sit still?
That's completely fine, and honestly part of the magic. Sessions are unhurried and unscripted. I'm experienced with every temperament, from shy cats to wildly enthusiastic dogs. We take whatever time is needed.
How long does a session go for?
It depends on the package. The Glimpse is around 30 minutes, The Story Session around 90 minutes, and The Heart Warmer is at your pet's pace with no time pressure. There's never any rushing.
What do I get after the session?
Professionally edited digital images delivered via a private online gallery. Print and artwork options are also available. The number of images depends on your chosen package.
