Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Snuggle Studio provides tailored pet photography services in studio or outdoor locations. Session details, including location, duration, and pricing, will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

• • A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your session.
• • Full payment is due before or on the day of your session unless otherwise arranged.
• • We accept payment via Stripe or direct transfer to our Wise business account. Payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• • You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice.
• • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiting your booking fee.
• • Snuggle Studio reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Image Delivery & Use

• • Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session.
• • Final images will be provided in digital format, unless otherwise specified.
• • Copyright for all images remains with Snuggle Studio. You receive a personal-use licence.
• • Unless otherwise requested in writing, Snuggle Studio may use selected images for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio, etc.).

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their pets during the session. Please ensure pets are under control and suitable safety measures are in place, especially for outdoor shoots.

6. Liability

Snuggle Studio takes all reasonable care during sessions but accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to any persons, pets, or property during or after the photoshoot.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current version.
